Horatio is one of my all time favorite characters, his one-liners could be the sole reason I watch CSI: Miami

As for the number of views, thank you very much for your lovely comment and show of support. I'm thinking it could be because Horatio is a very controversial character. People either love him or they can't stand him and usually it's leaning more towards the latter...
