My first artwork (digital painting) of Zachary Quinto as himself. I didn't think I would eventually do anything with him other than something Star Trek related but here it is. I will admit that I don't find him extremely good-looking or gorgeous the way I think Chris Pine is but I believe there's something very intense about him and l definitely like that.
I went back to Black and White for this one and I think it really suits the image. This will be my second entry in the Actors Contest being held by ~Ameryn.

Note: Should anyone decide to buy this as a print at some point, just let me know and I'll remove the pesky watermark before you notify DA of your purchase. I have to leave the watermark on in the meantime because of art thieves.<i>
Thank you so very much! He was very fun to play with.

That's pretty good overall, you definitely got some very nice values here, I love that. They seem to be quite spot on overall and give this painting a very tangible and bold feeling. There are just a few minor things that strike me as odd...Something about his eyes is a bit weird. Maybe it's the fact that the very highlight is on different sides of the pupil in each eye. But I am not too sure, really. Likewise I think the teeth or the mouth seem to be a little off...but these are just minor things. One thing though that I would recommend, is to slightly knock back some of the hair detail on the side of the head. It is a bit distracting and keeps pulling my eyes away from his face. It would probably be enough to see the big strands there But otherwise, good work! Really hope you didn't mind these little critiques
